    Not good but rectified so good in the nd

    I purchased whilst in USA but didn't wear until returned home. When I removed the plastic which is suppose to allow the watch to start working the watch failed to work. What are my options now please? Was returned and all help was given and a new watch was sent out. They couldn't have done more to help me!!
