I sent a massage to add URL of design, they said about 8~11days I can get my parcel. but after I paid, for 2weeks, they just said 'wait, we will send tracking ID' again. parcel wasn't arrived and I heard nothing. just they said shipping company lost the parcel. I chose to return my order and they promised full refund but cancel my return in ebay. after I cancel it, they changed there promise. and the stuff I ordered has functional defect,some of them can't fix to retractor, it can't be used
