Damaged item upon arrival. Seller claims item was inpescted but it arrived with damage. If it was caused by shipping then seller did not package AC compressor properly. This item is going in the trash. Buy from a different seller.

Based on the photos you provided, the exterior of the box appears significantly damaged. It seems the carrier did not handle the package with appropriate care, resulting in the damage. We are offering a free return and a full refund, so you are not liable for this incident.
