It fit 90% with only having to figure a way to take care of one of the three column mounting screws that did not line up because it is no tilt. You do also have an additional hole on the left side of the housing not being used. Am I pleased, absolutely! My original cover was just a mess from heat/sun damage. Very much worth the effort.
