    Nice workout

    First off, I believe do to age the resistance band broke the first time I used it. This was not anything the seller or company did wrong. To fix the situation I to a flat type resistance band and joined it to the loop that the original resistance bands joined. Works beautifully, gives a nice steady workout. Suitable for all ages that want to start getting back into shape. I also like that there are various sized women also in the video.

    good workout

    The belt is uncomfortable at times on the back BUT it is worth it because it does engage the tummy muscles in a way that doesn't happen without the belt. I can't tell the belt works the arm in the way it's supposed to though. Very awkward arm movements I thought. Basically the belt is only good for core engagement. For the arm stuff I use weights. The workout itself is upbeat and fun. I would recommend this workout for Leslie lovers. She is too chatty and silly near the end which can be a little annoying but other than that I really like this one. My heart rate stays up and the best thing about this workout compared to others is that it is virtually impossible to suffer an injury trying to get fit with Leslie's program like with the other ones.     Great DVD Workout!

    I've always loved Leslie's relaxed approach to fitness. She is a great motivator and instructor. This is an all-around complete total body cardio workout that ANYONE can do and benefit from. No difficult moves or hard joint damaging impact. It just lets you focus on your tempo and your workout! The only thing I don't care for in this workout is the waist band system. Someone of a larger size may have difficulty getting this to fit (Im a size 12 and there were only a few inches of room left on the belt. Also, its lacking resistance. You'd do better just investing in some wrist weights and doing the normal exercise. ALl in all I give this a B+. Great work Leslie!

    A Great Workout and Calorie Burner

    I own two of the earlier Leslie Sansone walking DVDs (the one and two mile and the three mile) where she uses the weighted balls. I wanted to graduate to another level and was intrigued by the addition of the belt to focus on the waistline. This DVD is much more updated than her earlier ones and, in my opinion, a much better work out (though I still use the old ones—I like to mix it up). I guarantee that, even if you are fit, you will be perspiring by the end of the workout--have a towel and water close by. It’s so entertaining and varied, though; it’s amazing how quickly the time seems to go. There are four basic steps but she does embellish that from time to time which helps vary the workout.     Leslie Sansone-Walk Away Your Waistline Kit

    I have been a fan of Leslie Sansone for a few years and I knew that this would be a wonderful addition to my collection of her Walk At Home videos. It is so easy for anyone to do, as it only uses basic moves that anyone can follow. If it gets too trying, you don't have to do that particular move. As long as you just keep walking in place, you reap the benefits. This DVD is highly effective for anyone wanting to get healthier. Or, if weight loss is your goal, once again you can't go wrong with this. The walk belt is an added bonus to help tone and firm muscles while walking your way to better health. Leslie Sansone has done it again with this A+ DVD!
