The seller sends uncomprehensive messages - not pleased sending his product to Italy - Italians (!) do not understand how to configure the router - prefers to sell to serious buyers and if we really insist - they will not ship but you have to send your own courier to pick up the product ……. These messages are offensive and totally non related - specially for an EBay er with 10+ years of experience in IT and over 200 positive feedback ! Decided to cancel because I do not want their business !!

Offerto un prodotto migliore in modo da non avere problemi in futuro, ma il cliente è stato subito iperattivo e ha adottato un comportamento critico e indipendente. lui era ansioso di distruggere l'immagine del nome dell'azienda e ha lasciato un feedback negativo senza motivo e incolpando, minacciando di dare lezioni in futuro. The item works as expected. Shipping was fast. Seller responds to messages. Price is right...I was a bit disappointed because while in the picture the router has a moisture protection plug fot the POE connection (which is necessary for outdoor use) , it was not included in the package. Seller claims it was not listed in the description. So I think this kind of accessory missing should be clearly stated. ill find a solution but it's an extra hassle now to solve this problem.
