      Not a good fit

      This item is not a good fit on the hardtop for my 87 jeep. The round part of the rubber is too small in diameter and doesn't make good contact and therefore allows air pass. I had to seal the top to the windshield frame with silicon and put a piece of foam insulation inside to stop the air. As well the corner pieces fit poorly and do not attach in any way to the round part.

      Quick look review of cj7 windshield to hardtop seal

      Well my initial reaction isn’t a favorable one as the diameter of this seal is smaller than the original one I removed from my top. Won’t know for sure how it works or doesn’t until after I get the inside of my top painted and try installing this new one! I’m researching other seals out there to compare to this one and will report back what I find! Already see that there are other ones cheaper than this one and look more appropriately sized. FYI!
