The fans have arrived in a small sturdy cardboard box, fans themselves were nicely wrapped in a bubble wrap. Fans were new as advertised, and appear to be exactly the same as the original ones. Wire lengths and connectors also match perfectly. I've installed them on the card, and they work without any issues. I'm pretty satisfied overall.
