The vintage books were not packed with any padding and consequently damaged in transit. The cost of postage was almost twice what I'm usually charged for similar items secured and safely packaged. I had contacted the seller to let them know my disappointment with the packing vs cost. The reply back ignored my concerns and instead informed me to take the matter to Australia Post. My response back, again about the postage amount, was then ignored. I would not do business with this seller again.

The books were packed the same way I have received and sent many books with no damage, make a claim with Australia Post as all packages are covered for $100.
I made a special listing for you with discounted postage, if you weren't happy with the postage cost you shouldn't have bought the books.
