They knowingly shipped an item missing parts. Seller did not bother to respond when I tried to contact. Hopefully I will receive a refund for the duty paid on item .

This was a simple mistake: The manufacturer did not install the missing part, and our shipping team did not notice it. We fixed this issue, and the customer is now happy.

Buyers Beware. These tools are poorly manufactured. There are set screws in critical points that are drilled wrong and cross threaded. So they're not holding tight. The blades are bent and ground very rough and uneven. Also, I ordered these tools on Jan. 09. And was not refunded until Feb 01. Very slow communication.

We have resolved the issue and provided a refund to the customer. However, we had to wait for the customer to return the item before processing the refund. Please note that in order to receive a refund, you must first return the purchased item. We believe this is a standard policy for most retailers.
