The parcel delayed because the customs requested proof that I have paid the VAT, presenting the evidence took 9 days till they released it..
I have not tested the items yet, in fact I just received the parcel
The seller : I have to say that my parcel was "Registered Mail" and not ordinary.. Further more, he wrapped each capacitor in a foam sheet with tape around and all of them inside another "box" shielded with tape, in a foam envelope ..
