Product Information

The point of a CD player is to produce realistic playback, and with this in mind, Denon selected the components of this high-performance CD player with careful discrimination. The 5-hertz-to-20-kilohertz frequency response and 96 dB dynamic range in this DCD-1500 CD Player deliver crisp sound and a full bass that is astonishing to the ears. A main cause of sound deterioration is often the generation of distortion at zero cross. In the Denon DCD-1500 CD Player, Denon prevents this in the PCB playback system with the unique Denon Double Super Linear Converter, which assures accurate sonic reproduction. The ability of the analog circuitry to reproduce the characteristics of high-speed digital music may be attributed to the DC servo amplifier. Another potential source of noise might be interference between the display system electronics, the audio system electronics, the laser pickup and disc servo system, and the digital signal control system. This problem is completely eradicated by a high-capacitance condenser, which supplies power to each of the Denon DCD-1500 CD Player's systems independently.Nearly perfect flat delay characteristics and a maximum frequency of 30 kHz are made possible in this Denon CD player by a built-in, computer-analyzed linear phase filter, which provides clear audio with an excellent rise time. A programmable selection function enables you to play back up to 20 tracks on a CD automatically in any order. The Denon DCD-1500 CD Player's direct programming function and an A-B interval repeat function are facilitated by means of the accessory wireless remote control unit. It utilizes a 10-key pad and an electronic volume control function along with the usual operations such as Play, Stop, and Track. By pressing the A-B repeat button at two points during playback, a specified section of a recording may be repeated as desired.The attractive, brushed silver finish looks great with any decor, and the programmable music track feature allows you to hear all of your favorite music without skipping a beat. On the face of the Denon DCD-1500 CD Player is a display that divides into four sections: Track Number, Index, Playback Time, and Calendar. A remote-controlled, photosensitive window receives the infra-red signal transmitted by the remote control. When the power is switched on, the track number section of the display will show "-----." If there is a compact disc in the CD holder, it will show "00," and the disc indicator will be illuminated. The calendar section will display the total number of tracks that are on the CD. The time section will display the total playback time of all the tracks.The Denon DCD-1500 CD Player lets you appreciate the true quality of music in the same way in which it was recorded in the sound studio. The special double super linear converter keeps the sound from being distorted during playback, so the CD audio quality allows you to feel like you are standing in a production studio listening to live music. Use this Denon CD player with CD, CD-R, and CD-RW formatted discs, and enjoy high-quality movie audio in an entirely new way.

    Easy install

    This was purchased to repair the CD carriage in a Yamaha CD player. Installation was easy, only needed to remove on screw on the carriage cam to access the belt drive. [After removing the cover] Brought the player back to life!

    Perfect replacement belt for tray loading

    Perfect fit for a Denon DVD-2200 that would no longer open its tray due to the slipping belt. After following a YouTube video for the DVD-2900 (same tray mechanism), the belt swap is fairly easy. Hardest part is removing the clips holding the gears in, but a hobby knife makes short work of it. Total time to replace was about ten minutes. This is a good replacement belt, so buy with confidence!

    Oldie but goodie!

    Fits perfectly

    Purchased a replacement drawer belt for CDX 1100u; fit perfectively. I had replaced belts before on similar CD players, so instructions weren't as necessary. Recommend this seller if he has belt in stock.
