Ordered early Thursday before a long weekend. Paid extra for expedited shipping hoping to get it before a vacation in 8 days. Tracking said the LABEL CREATED on Saturday but seller claims they shipped it Thursday? Anyway it didn't arrive in time. Money wasted. Then the battery didn't work! Seller agreed to return. Sent it lettermail not wanting to waste MORE on shipping. 12 days later (Halifax to Calgary) seller claims they didn't get it? Now, 14 days later, seller no longer replying to messages

UPDATE: Seller issued a refund. Hugely appreciated. I feel sorry for this feedback now but it had been 2+ weeks since shipping my return and mail from Halifax to Calgary typically only takes about 5 business days. So aside from less than perfect communication at times, this transaction ultimately had a positive outcome.

I will not do business with this seller. They advertised a “Genuine Apple Battery”. The description said that and the picture indicated it. What they sent was a knock off. I paid $100 for a battery that can be purchased anywhere online for $35. When I inquired about the issue, they said I could return it if I paid shipping plus I would be charged a $25 restocking fee. So they get it back, resell it and make $25. Thankful for eBay getting me my $ back. Avoid this seller at all costs.
