Seller disables refunds and allows auto pay, somehow bypassing flags. I don’t know what’s more of a joke these scammers or eBay’s support, won’t be able to start a refund request until month later and several weeks will pass until anything done. I suggest contacting your bank seeing if they also place credits on chargebacks, and keep charging eBay back until they fix this major issue.
