Misrepresented item(s) in listing, to wit: 2 of 3 reels of videotape "sealed". None of the tapes are 'sealed'. Unsealed tapes are worthless due to aging, deterioration and contamination. If "sealed" - would have been worth something. Seller offered refund If return shipped. Listing clearly states "seller doesn't accept returns". Rather than risk losing my purchased items AND the money I spent. . . here we are. Shipping cost: nominal & didn't take too long to arrive. I'm not the first victim...

This is a very special person... Buyer demanded tapes be stored in climate and temperature controlled facility (how would this happen with a 35 year old item you paid 50 bucks for?). Offered a refund, responded by flipping out.

    Insignia NS-DXA1-APT Digital to Analog Converter Box

    Digital TV signal is converted to Analog TV signal flawlessly. Picture is perfect. I have a Smart TV as well, but my other Tv is an old Sony that just keeps working. My other Insignia box wore out after over 10 years of excellent service, so I replaced it with the same model and make. The Insignia product is excellent, and I highly recommend it.

    Great for picking up channels, just don't expect the unit to last too long. This is my third one..

    This is my third Insignia converter so long lasting is not one of its strong points. It does however have a pretty strong signal and you don't have to move the antenna around to pick up the main networks. Fortunately I held onto my remote from my first Insignia. My second and third Insignias came with no remote. What the hell are people doing with the remotes, selling them separately... I just returned a Mediasonic converter box that was rated pretty high but I couldn't get CBS regardless of where I put the antenna! Even ABC and NBC were hard enough to find a spot for the antenna to bring them both in with a good signal

    Insignia NS-DXA1-APT Converter Box

    Unlike the updated version of this converter box (DXA2), this is an excellent product; and unlike other brands of converters the remote does not cross frequencies with your DVD player/recorder remote. Other reviews have complained this unit shuts off. It has an automatic power shutoff which is the default setting. All you have to do is go into the menu and reset the default to another option. It offers a number of features that were dropped on the later version: The "previous channel" button allows you to select from any of the last 10 channels viewed rather than just the last channel. It allows you to hide "delete" any channels you don't want to appear in your channel selection guide. It has an onscreen "guide" button which shows you the current and next program for the channel ...

    simple setup with excellent results

    I have a large DLP TV and decided to take it off cable. I bought the tv converter box and along with an indoor TV antenna connected it to the DLP TV. It was a simple set up. .I get about 60 channels and a very good picture. A very good investment

    great set top box with convenience features.

    i bought this OTA receiver to replace the one i've had in constant use for a number of years, in the event the first one wears out. extremely reliable unit sold at best buy when digital TV began broadcasting. they are made by LG apparently. never a problem...
