The plot here is alot like The Color of Money movie starring Tom Cruise and Paul Newman-except here instead of pool- Reynolds and Harrison do it useing cards as a means. Gil Gates directs this movie and wrote the plot, and he has only had one medicre directing effort on the Big Screen (Life After Tomorrow). He has had some success on Tv as he directed the Season 1 efforts of Silk Stockings. Still here, even though Reynolds and Harrison do a good job of acting-the ... Bought it based upon a buddy's recommendation. Personally, I think he's just got a thing for Shannon Elizabeth-lol! A very watered down&unrealistic version of a poker Movie. I'd endorse Rounders or Lucky You before this one!
