    Boxercise & high impact aerobics combined

    Much faster moving than 'Pump It Up - The Ultimate Dance Work Out' but still really enjoyable without a long drawn out warm up, you get straight into it. Definitely try it if you've already mastered the basics - this DVD includes boxercise and high impact aerobics combined.
