Product Information

Riding Star aims to give players a taste of the life of a professional show horse rider. The game involves the glory of three widely recognized Equestrian competitions: Show Jumping, Dressage, and Cross-country. Players begin by creating a custom rider character, who also provides most of the daily care and training for her horses. At first, only one horse is available, according to the type of competition the rider chooses. Success in this discipline unlocks the opportunity to acquire two more horses, eventually, and to compete in the other two competition types. Players can name their horses and customize the animals' appearances, but victory in competition can only be achieved through the hard work and dedication it takes to train and care for the powerful, noble beasts.

I purchased this item on Jan 30,2024 and paid for it immediately. It's now Feb 19,2024 and it still has not been shipped. I sent a shipping inquiry about 10 days ago, with no reply. I just sent a second inquiry requesting a refund because the item didn't show up by the required date. Seller issued a refund almost immediately. Sellers prices are good, but shipping and communication is poor. I would only recommend this seller if you're not in a rush to receive your purchased item.

    Riding Star (Playstation 2)

    I didn't like this game at all. I think it's boring. I'm not sure what I expected, but it falls very short of being entertaining to me! I'm more used to fighting 'bad guys' than having the patience necessary to manuver my 'horse' around a course! I bought the game because I'm not a 'rider', but like horses. Grooming the horse was ok, I didn't get to feed it or give it treats, I didn't get that far. Got too frustrated trying to judge the speed I should be traveling to make turns, and when they added 'collection' into the equasion, I decided that I had other, more interesting games to play on my PS2.

    Riding Star

    I love this game. Very good graphics and sound effects. Could play it for hours. You can pick your clothes and horses name and some of their features. Any body who likes horses and playing video games has to play this....

    Stuck in the stall

    Game hung up frequently and was difficult to use. Limited options. Kept going into pause mode independent of instruction.
