Graphics card received was defective. Causing slow boot up times and sleep mode to restart the entire desktop. After purchasing a newer RTX 3060 ti from a local desktop shop all the issues disappeared. Company claimed I was experience issues possibly due to outdated bios or power supply issues which was not the case. They offered to provide a full refund for this failed purchase however I do not trust them after this transaction. Support is 5/10. Products are 1/10

The issues you described were not the kind of issues associated with a defective graphics card, but rather with bios/driver/software configuration. "Works perfectly except for sleep mode and boot times" is not really a way that a graphics card can fail. Even though it seems intuitive that if the issues started when installing a GPU, that the problem must be the GPU itself - this isn't always the case. The new GPU may be different from your old one in such a way that it triggers a new issue.

These GPU cards were packaged and shipped with care. You can tell this seller is a professional and knows what they are doing. One thing that left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth was that the seller raised the price minutes after I had the product in my cart. Could be coincidence as demand was ticking up, but felt a bit like price gouging. However I will look past that for the quality of care given to the condition and integrity of the products.
