This item was advertised using official Harley Davidson labels, and gave the impression in the description that this was a manufacturer copyrighted manual. What actually arrived appears to be a bootleg version of said copyrighted material with no evidence to the contrary. Hence, if I read this situation correctly, several laws have been violated. The vendor in this case is selling stolen material and the purchaser is guilty of receiving the same. As that this vendor does not accept returns.....
