Hatte dem Käufer sofort nach der Reklamation geantwortet und Ihn und Ihm eine Teilerstattung vorgeschlagen. Hatte auf diese Mail dann keine Antwort mehr erhalten. Bin wahelich irritiert, da eine Lösung natürlich auch in meinem Interesse ist und ich bei der Suche nach Kompromissen eine sofortige und sorgfältige Kommunikation dem Kunden gewährleisten möchte.. eine Lösung wäre immer noch anstrebenswert:)
