I contacted Seller to make this right. Seller did not respond. This Eileen Fisher size Medium is. in fact, a Small or Extra Small. It has a Medium label, but my guess is that someone washed this boiled wool jacket and it shrunk several sizes. The label says "Dry Clean Only." I cannot get both arms into it because the back has become so narrow and the one sleeve I can get on is very tight and short. A size M is always a generous fit on me. Disappointed. Seller has No Return policy.
