Item described as 'gently used' was in fact not fully functional when arrived requiring time and cost to have a thorough assessment made independently. Had to chase the seller for a totally inadequate response also. Very disappointing experience overall.

When we sent item was in perfect condition, customer asked us to refund him $300, which we cant do. We sent him the label to send item back and he is not complying. So we did everything we needed to do, but still got a negative feedback. Be careful with customers that buy something and then want money back, its an old trick. Send item back and we will refund right away.
