Item as described... I guess I should have translated the German! I did not realize most of the packet would be double paper. Oh well. Next time I will use google translate so as not to be surprised.
Also, package was damaged in the mail so German Post enclosed packet in a plastic bag... luckily the vendor had also bagged the stamp mixture so nothing was lost! Thank goodness!
