Ancel-tool is the BEST; for communication, price, packaging and shipping. Buying a diagnostic scanner is tricky for a DIY mechanic because different scanners offer vastly different features. Ancel-tool customer service answered all my questions quickly and accurately and I ended up with the tool I needed. The only downside was selection of UPS for delivery. That company has deteriorated lately - or maybe not kept up with FedEx or the post office. Tracking is a joke; packages sit for days.

a very powerful portable tool with reasonable price
I purchased the Foxwell NT510 for personal use and it is my first to use ODB2 scanner, in the beginning I had issues to communicate with my Acura and erase the codes. Later on I figured out that the issues were caused by not connecting the scanner with “ignition on with engine off”. Even if the manual says that clearly, but a newbie like me couldn’t do some simple things properly. It was good that I had patient and didn’t complain anything. After that, everything looks good, I have play it for 3 weeks and the scanner is very easy to use, and helps me to fix the transmission issue and erase the code after the issue has been fixed. Looks like the scanner performs exactly as explained, it is a very powerful portable tool with reasonable price, and also the delivery is very fast. I am very ... Worth the price
This code reader may be a little more expensive than many code readers out there, but chances are, those code readers aren’t going to be able to perform half of the functions that this one can. For example, I cleaned the throttle body on my civic and the idle was high. Well, I found out that my throttle position needed to be calibrated and this tool is able to do that. I spent a little time learning how to use this tool and was able to perform the calibration. Now my car is back to idling as it should!
