    Nature's Bounty Vitamin B-12 protect's your health

    My wife, (passed away a year ago) took Vitamin B-12 as part of her health care managed by me at our home for 6 years. We used the KAL brand because the pills were very small and she had a hard time swallowing anything. I kept using them for myself, until they were used up and ordered more. Recently the price difference made me think of other brands. The Nature's Bounty brand has the same ingredients and high quality, but lower cost. So, now I have elected to use this product. It's all about protecting your health. It starts and goes on from day to day. Eat good nourishing food, get plenty of exercise and rest and take vitamin supplements for best health.     Easy to take, crucial to have in your body

    I take B12 regularly, probably more often than I need--but it's one of those vitamins you MUST have, and you can't overdose on it. This is an easy way to take it, at a dose high enough (1000 mcgm) that even persons with absorbency issues should be able to get a sufficient supply.

    Good for the body

    I've used this B-12 for about two years now. My doctor said I must take a least 1000 meg each day. Now he's happy with my lab work twice a year. And so am I. Natures Bounty, good product.

    good dosage and inexpensive

    just what I was looking for. I am vegan so taking B-12 is critical. You don't need a lot every day since the body can store B-12. I would rather have too much than be deficient. 1000 mcg is good for me and I take it almost every day. I alternate with a B-complex. You cannot get B-12 from food sources as far as I know.
