I received the item I thought I had ordered, but found it was not the correct model. Reached out to Elago and they were quick to want to help. I noticed they were 4 miles from my house. Took a drive and walked into the corporate office. I was greeted by a manager and he walked me into their conference room. I showed him my package and he apologized. He came back with the right product and several of their other products for my for iPad and iPhone. What a great company and customer care!
