Seller advertised this as new, when in fact, it was a a used item. Seller tried to hide this after my purchase by changing the description to "open box". VisionTek packages their new video cards in sealed, anti-static bags. This arrived in a clear, ordinary, plastic bag. When I filed a claim, seller never bothered to respond to either me or eBay. eBay forced a refund.
