This item is NOT new and unused as advertised in the description. Signs of use scuffs marks can be seen where the straps attach. Plus, a shoulder strap was missing and not included. Brace was haphazardly packaged & halfway out of plastic bag inside the box.
Item shipped quickly. Did get a reduced price after I made an offer, but still, the shipping costs were more than expected.
I was charged sales tax, which I should not have been because this is a medical device. No reply to notes/messages.
