Bonjour. Ah ces clients qui laissent des évaluations montrant leur mécontentement sans même nous contacter avant. Vous savez que nous sommes joignable par différents moyens? Et que vous avez la possibilité d'effectuer un retour (à vos frais et avec déduction car l'objet à été utilisé). Mais sinon vous savez que cette évaluation est censée évaluer le vendeur et non le produit? Mais bon, on a l'habitude. Plus personne ne respecte rien de nos jours mais se plaignent facilement juste pour le plaisir
