The Hardcore Edition
This is my review for Mick Foley's Greatest Hits and Misses The HARDCORE EDITION. For this review I will only cover what makes this a Hardcore Edition. For my review on the rest of the DVD, see my review for the standard version of the DVD because other than this 3rd disc, it's the same exact DVD set as the standard version. WWE's just gotta make a buck off Mick Foley's legacy!! Mick Foley vs. Randy Orton (No Holds Barred, Falls Count Anywhere - WWE Intercontinental Championship) This match solidified Randy Orton as not only a top heel, but as a legitimate tough guy. Mick Foley vs. Edge (Hardcore Match) This was as Mick said, his "One Great WrestleMania Match" and it does not disappoint. Terry Funk & Tommy Dreamer w/ Beulah vs. Mick Foley & Edge w/ Lita (ECW One Night Stand 2006) This is a great match, good use of weapons including FIRE!!! Mick Foley vs. Ric Flair (I Quit Match) This is the match to settle the score between Flair & Foley. The two had been taking shots at eachother for a while before this match. It's a very bloody match. All of the matches featured on this "Hardcore Edition" bonus disc include alternate commentary from Mick Foley and Joey Styles, the voice of Extreme Championship Wrestling. Now, as I said this review was only for the 3rd bonus disc for the re-release of Mick Foley's Greatest Hits & Misses. For the review of the rest of the DVD set, as I said, please see my review for the standard version (the original release) of the DVD because other than this 3rd bonus disc, both versions are the exact same thing. EGDE HARCORE MATCH FROM WRESTLEMANIA, ORTON HARDCORE MATCH, HIM & EDGE @ 1 NIGHT STAND vs FUNK & DREAMER, & FINALLY I FORGET WHICH FLAIR MATCH.
