The bike arrived with no battery keys or ,bike lock.The chainring was bent from shipping.The bike had a used status with .1 Km and has some scratches on the frame.I went on a 10 km ride today the bike works great!I would definitely recommend the Libra Fucare it is very well built.I am contacting Fucare for the missing parts.Overall this was a great buy👍

Super Fast delivery, ordered on Thursday 02/29 and received it on Saturday 03/02. Excellent packaging and all items were in the box and not a scratch on it. It was approximately 90% assembled. No directions on how to assemble out of the box and it was mostly self explanatory. The most difficult to assemble was the wheel reflectors. Awesome communications and they replied to any of my questions within a short amount of time. E-bike was as described and beautiful. Highly Recommended Vendor!

Phenomenal service. I ordered two Libra E bikes around 11:00 pm Oct. 24th and went to bed. Woke up at 5:00 am and there was a Email from fucare-direct indicating the bikes were shipped with tracking numbers. Recieved the bikes early afternoon on the 27th. You couldn't ask for better service. There was a discrepancy with the brakes in the product description but this was quickly resolved. Communications were excellent so fucare-direct has earned my trust and five stars.

I am very happy with my new Fucare Libra. It is really fun to ride, and the style is awesome. The bike arrived a day early and was well packaged. Assembly took just part of an afternoon after reading all the instructions and reviewing the company’s online video. Follow up with the company has been great as well. They have quickly replied to my questions and have excellent customer service. The bike has lots of power, even on hills. Battery life is excellent. Very glad to have chosen this bike!
