    Even though this is an old publication the old engines are still the same. Just make sure to use the latest materials and parts.

    Review of Tom Monroe's How to Rebuild Small Block Ford Engines

    This book tells you the technical ways to rebuild your motor. It does not tell a lot about high performance parts. The is another book by SA Books / George Reid that has more info about parts but less info about how to inspect and rebuild. They are both helpful in their own ways. If you had to choose between the two books then I would go with this one.

    This is a great book for a age of it

    this is a great book if your wanting to rebuild anysmall block V8 ford engin. this book tells you more than thenewer book there was alot of stuff that most people wouldnt rebuild they would just buy it new. it also tells you everything you need to know about the specs. if i had it to do over agi i would in a heart beet. i have rebuild many engins before but i always like to read up to make sure the specs r rite and this book coverd it all and more.
