I received my order November 3, 2023 with packaging in good condition. However when I opened it, 2 items (accessories ) are missing which is the "pouch" and the "rain cover " I reported immediately to the seller with attached picture but not responded me for the past 22 hours had passed.
I suggest the seller must send me the pouch and the rain cover as stated in the description. I am a user of Lowe pro bag for the past 15 years and sure that what was missing should be around.
