Installed this on my 1951 Ferguson TO20 tractor and it fit perfectly and now my battery stays charged as it should. Voltage output from the alternator on my tractor with this new alternator varies from 13.5 to 14.5VDC depending on engine RPM. No need to connect the voltage regulator "exciter" wire anymore. Just the one wire back to the (+) battery is all that is needed!
