Item was as expected but was not packaged with any care. You don't ship a 20lb set of books in a slipcase with 3 sheets of paper and a well worn walmart box via media mail. They will tumble. Box arrived squished, books were pushed through slip case after tumbling. Paid a premium for a new item in torm OEM shrink wrap thinking it would help keep books together but seller just didn't care. I even asked them to wrap in bubble wrap with no acknowledgement.
