    Originally released in 1976 this Dr. Who episode was re-released in 2009, it is directed by David Maloney (Last of the Mohicans & many Dr. Who movies) and was orginally made for TV. The plot of this Dr. Who has the good Doctor (Tom Baker) returning to his home planet of Gallifrey to protect the president of the High Council of the Time Lords from certain assassination. But there is real trouble brewing when he is named the prime suspect in the presidents death when the assassination occurrs. The Doctor has been acting very strangely prior to the assassination so it is no wonder that he is suspected. The Doctor sets out to clear his name as only Dr. Who can, as well as save the planet from peril and to throw in a little extra--reveal the identity of the true assassin. A very good sci-fi, ...

    The 4th Doctor returns to His home world on the premonition of seeing the president of the supreme council of Time Lords being killed and the Doctor is blamed but in truth it is his old nemesis the master who can no longer regenerate and is dying along with chancellor Goth sends the Doctor in to the Matrix to fight for his life and save the Time Lords from destruction.
