If you love guitar music and especially Chet Atkins, this is a must have. The master guitarist is being honored by many of his contemporaries and artists that he has given a "hand up" when they needed it in their career's. Chet plays some selections (can't get enough of his playing) and the whole gang has a fun time to honor Chet. Frog kissin is one selection that you don't see to often and here it is with Chet and Ray Stevens actually doing that number. If your interested in great music and people having fun, this is a good one to have.If you love guitar music and especially Chet Atkins, this is a must have. HIS FIRST LOVE WAS THE GUITAR AND HIS WIFE A CLOSE SECOND I THINK AND HE PERFORMEND ALL OVER THE WORLD AND IN 1956 RCA GAVE HIME THE JOB TO BE THERE BOSS IN NASVILLE JUST AS ELVIS STARTED HIS CAREER WITH CHET AND OTHER MAJOR ARTIST AND PLAYED WITH THE BOSTON POPS IN THE 60s

Good reason to do a show.
Chet was the reason for the gathering of a group of stars to pay tribute and play some music and provide some comedy. Makes for an entertaining show for us to enjoy and to learn about Chet's status with those "Nashville Cats".

Never will be another Chet
I had seen this program before on television. A lot of his guests were long-time favorites of mine, some of whom I had met personally.(Floyd Cramer, Boots Randolph,{also Chet) Charlie Pride, Jimmy Dean). The bulk of these artists are now gone, never to be replaced. If you enjoy good, clean entertainment, performed by truly great artist, you will love this DVD. It is fantastic.
