OPI Shatter Nail Polish was exactly as described. It came quickly and was very well protected. I love this Polish - you only need to apply a thin coat for the desired effect. Also, be aware that you might need to follow up with a good clear topcoat to protect the matte finish so it will last. But today it's actually been doing great without it!
