The item was not as described at all!!!!! The pillows arrived as flat as two pancakes in which I expected that, but I thought that after following the instructions that were included in the package the pillows fluffed up for all of 10 minutes. My wife and I are very disappointed. I do not recommend ordering from this seller.

The pillows are authentic Holiday Inn pillows and the description is based on info from the mftr. One thing that you might try is to place them in a protective, zipped case. The hotel does the same as it helps maintain them being fluffy. We take great pride in what we sell and we use the exact same pillows that we sell in our own home (with the zipped protectors). We apologize if the expectation was different, but we do only offer authentic pillows and only provide info from the mftr.

I received a sketchy text message saying "the package arrived at the warehouse but could not be delivered due to incomplete address information. Please confirm your address in the link" and it further said "reply Y then ext the text message and open it again to activate the link ...." and the link was for usps. I replied Y and then a link was available in the text message for usps, but when I clicked on it nothing happened. So usps is sending scam texts and my item is now late.

We do not like that this happened to you and when you reached out to us, we mentioned delays can occur by USPS and that we have no control over this. We provided an updated, estimated, delivery date of 5/1 based on the USPS tracking number. Regarding the USPS text, it appears to be a random PHISH attempt. For future reference, never click on these links but block and delete. Again, our deepest apologies that the delivery service is slower than usual for delivering your item.
