I received my order November 3, 2023 with packaging in good condition. However when I opened it, 2 items (accessories ) are missing which is the "pouch" and the "rain cover " I reported immediately to the seller with attached picture but not responded me for the past 22 hours had passed.
I suggest the seller must send me the pouch and the rain cover as stated in the description. I am a user of Lowe pro bag for the past 15 years and sure that what was missing should be around.

Regarding the rain cover, it appears to be sewn onto the bottom of the bag.
Regarding the pouch, if it is not included, it is most likely the manufacturer's initial defect.
