Seller was very helpful when the delivery was sent to the wrong house and filed a claim immediately with Fed-Ex and communicated with me as she worked to resolve the issue. There was a typo on the house # and that's why it was delivered to the wrong house. My neighbor brought it over and the issue was resolved.
