    Great workout for a dancer's body!

    In college, I had dance classes and the workouts were wonderful. My body looked its best and I long to return to that look. I have owned this DVD set previously, but lost the first disc, which has my fave exercises in it. Love this!

    As close as it gets to being in the studio

    Fantastic work out. Very different from "ballet-inspired" workouts, this feels like dance class. Good hard workout that gets you sweating.
