Item wasn't described at all or incorrectly, not measured properly, semi full image and seller tried to make a sale based of previous purchase from her, yet item was not the same quality, shape, weight. Not very accurate in description if any, she offered a return as I was dissatisfied when received, then seller back out. Seller stated that does not read your questions carefully, so basically misses your questions then blames you for not asking them and lectures to push her sales, can't trust!

You requested that I list the stem for you. Did not do full listing because the Waterford stem was same as the other 3 you purchased! I would have gladly added more pictures & description if you would have requested. Also would have MEASURED THE BOTTOM OF BOWL and WEIGHT of the stem, IF ASKED. UNTRUE !!! that I back out of accepting the return with refund including ship. First time I agreed to accept the return was FEB 17!!!! Last time I messaged you regarding the return was MARCH 05!!!!
