Positive feedback, but this kit did not allow mounting to my Ryobi RY15523 Expand-It trimmer bottom half.
I ordered a M8-1.25 LH tap and die set for $8, and cut my existing "stringhead adapter" part # 678019002 to reduce the length. Then tapped the untapped portion on the adapter to accept the silver double-threaded stud in this kit.
IT WORKS! Only problem is the Cicadas mob me when I use the trimmer, during mid-day. Gonna try again early tomorrow.
