    Seller does not communicate in a timely manner. 3 days since I reached out no response from the seller. I purchased a oven hood, it was claimed to be stainless steel and in open box condition. Item was not shipped in a timely fashion, when I received it the item was dented and wrong color (received in black). I reached out and have not gotten a response. I wanted to work with the seller but it is clear that it is not a priority. The item appears to be a Amazon return with FBA labels. BE CAUTIOUS

    No communication from seller when messaged. Item was not new when arrived as the box had been opened and item taken out due to it being flipped upside down in the box and then re-taped. The item was shipped very poorly packaged with just bubble wrap and tape around the items packaging and then brown paper over it which came a tattered mess. Shipping cost was very high for the method it was shipped.
