    Ordered February 5th but never received tracking information. Inquired on Friday 15. Seller said would put in mail Monday 18. On the 21st received refund with no explanation from seller. Rcvd tracking info that package was delivered but it definitely was not. No clue what’s going on but have a beer dad two year old who never received her birthday gift.

    After a week, I reached out to the seller asking where my item was. Got typical "I've been busy" excuse but was assured it was being shipped out the next day (Saturday). I emailed to see if the item was shipped as promised. I received no response. I waited to the end of day and asked to cancel and requested a refund. I got the refund on Monday but no apology or any email response. I'll never use this seller again
