I attempted to let the seller make this transaction right but due to seller’s negligence in packaging the engine part properly the engine part was damaged in shipping The seller does not except returns so I ask for a refund for part of the payment. Initially seller didn’t want to refund anything then I dropped my request for refund by a little more than $10 and he agreed to refund $. Then stopped communication claiming I was harassing him. So ultimately I was robbed of $187 and a usable intake
