Part was defective, was unable to have programmed to the vehicle, returned item. Seller was responsive with communication, but was unable to solve the issue at the time. Shipping was good and on time, part looked used rather than being refurbished as listed. Screen filter had metal particles and a tear in it when arrived, cpu metal box had two indentions as well when arrived, why i lean more towards a used part rather then refurbished. Good overall experience with seller.
