Our listings DO have very specific details about condition, item testing, etc. This guy doesn't get it. Didn't read details. Bought 2 Kenwood walkie talkies. Good condition. He tried to program them. Didn't know what he was doing, so called them "defective" and demands we accept return. He is a grown man that sells only used bikini tops for teen girls on Ebay. VERY, VERY ODD. BLOCKED!

Good value ! The same unit brand new at my office desk is 2 times the price. This is the unit I bought for my personal use at home. Comes in handy when I have work from home. Save me the straining on my wrist when I can type on my ergonomic keyboard. It is an item tucked away on my desk. The only piece I saw is the cable, besides it is cosmetically acceptable. I hardly can imagine one can abuse this item under regular use, unless one would deliberately spill liquid or drinks on it. Very satisfy with it.Good value ! Great buy - works as promised and is better than expected.
This is an expensive item to purchase from Dell. I have been able to use it right away with no problems and I am surprised to see how well it worked. The only thing I do not like about it is the power supply which is the same size as the dock. The dock is exactly (or better) than promised.
